Whircle Return Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

As Whircle, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are sensitive about the return of our products. Our return policy, which we have prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), is stated below. This policy determines the steps and conditions you need to follow when you want to request a return for the products you purchased.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Return Conditions: The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and complete with all accessories. Products that have been opened, used or whose original packaging has been damaged cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.<\/p>\n

    \u2013 Shipping Fees: In return transactions, the shipping fee is deducted from the amount to be refunded and the refund is made. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer and this amount is deducted from the account during the return process.<\/p>\n
