Whircle Return Policy
As Whircle, we prioritize customer satisfaction and are sensitive about the return of our products. Our return policy, which we have prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), is stated below. This policy determines the steps and conditions you need to follow when you want to request a return for the products you purchased.
- Return Conditions
– Return Period: Products can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt.
– Return Conditions: The product to be returned must be in its original packaging, unopened, unused and complete with all accessories. Products that have been opened, used or whose original packaging has been damaged cannot be returned due to hygiene rules.
– Shipping Fees: In return transactions, the shipping fee is deducted from the amount to be refunded and the refund is made. The shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer and this amount is deducted from the account during the return process.
- Return Process
– You must submit your return request to our customer service along with your order number and reason for return.
– After your request is reviewed, information about the return process will be sent to you and the return shipping address will be shared.
– After the product reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions is checked and processed.
- Refund
– Once the return is approved, your payment will be refunded within 10 business days according to the payment method used at the time of order.
– For payments made by credit card, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected on your card may vary depending on your bank's transaction processes.
– The shipping fee will be deducted from the return amount and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Protection and Processing of Personal Data
– The personal information you provide during the return process is processed and protected in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK.
– Personal data provided during the return process is used only to carry out the transactions and is stored or anonymized in accordance with the relevant legislation.
- Special Circumstances
– Hygiene and Health Products: Opened or used hygiene products (e.g. personal care, health and cosmetic products) cannot be returned.
– Incomplete or Damaged Returns: Refunds will not be made for products that do not meet the return conditions and the products will be sent back.
